 Sales Target Achievement: Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales goals.
Team Management & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and conduct joint field work with MRs to train them on product detailing, doctor pitching, and effective communication.
Territory & Distributor Management: Plan daily/weekly tour schedules, map doctor potentials, and oversee stockists/distributors to ensure product availability.
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with top doctors, specialists, and hospital purchase officers.
Market Audits & Execution: Conduct Retailer Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) to track competitor activity and evaluate prescription trends.
New Product Launches: Implement launch strategies, monitor initial reception, and execute feedback loops for course correction.
Performance Reporting: Review sales metrics, evaluate staff performance, and report local market updates to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
